Founded in 1930, NUUPES is one of the oldest and most respected sports higher education institutions in Eastern Europe. Admission for international students
A clear step-by-step guide from your first application to your first lecture
Step-by-step procedure

Submit your documents online
Create your applicant profile and upload legible copies of your passport and school transcripts. Our admission team runs a preliminary credential review and contacts you within 5 working days.

Receive your invitation letter
Once your qualifications are verified, the university coordinates with the Ukrainian State Centre for International Education to issue an official Invitation to Study — required for your visa application.

Apply for your student visa
Present the invitation packet at your nearest Ukrainian Embassy and apply for a D-type long-stay student visa. Processing times vary by country — allow 4–8 weeks.

Arrive, register, and start studying
Report to the International Office with original documents, pass a brief entrance assessment, complete fee payment, and receive your student card. Classes begin the following week.
